Meet Our Instructors
Bob Smith	Randy Mickelson, CIC
Bob has been a licensed agent for 37 years, owned an agency for 15 years, owned a tax preparation business with tax consulting for 19 years, and has taught pre-license and continuing education for 25 years. Bob's experience in the insurance business and tax work give him an excellent background to teach from.	Randy has been a licensed agent for 22 years. Randy is a former owner of 2 insurance agencies and was also a licensed private investigator. Randy has been teaching for over nine years and brings a wealth of experience and unique perspective.
All courses are approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for insurance continuing education credits.
