Ethics, Errors & Omissions
This course will provide a thorough list of basic ethical behavior of agents. Examples will be used along with questions asked of agents on how the situation should be handled, discuss the results and possibility of suits. The claims practices act, standards for auto claims and unfair claims practices will also be covered.

Homeowners - The Wedding
A wedding reception is held by a typical homeowner. A series of incidents that could occur are used as illustrations of claims that may or may not be covered. What does the typical agent need to think about when underwriting a homeowners risk, what endorsements may be needed and learn what exposures need attention. The class will cover underwriting the risk, recommending endorsements and claims handling.

Ethics, Laws, Rules & Regulations
This class is a review of the laws, rules & regulations we must live by, or suffer the consequences. More agents are being fined, suspended and revoked because of lack of understanding of the law than ever.

Auto Insurance & Minnesota No-Fault
The course educates the agent as to coverages, exclusions and conditions in the auto policy. Helps them understand legal liability, limits of coverage and benefits included in the policy and which coverages may need to be added by endorsement. A complete explanation of the Personal Injury Protection coverage along with court decisions effecting settlements.
