MN License Requirements

If renewing in 2009, agents need 30 hours credit between November 1, 2007 and October 31, 2009.
If renewing in 2010, agents need 24 hours between November 1, 2008 and October 31, 2010.
- 4 of these hours must be Long Term Care, if you took (8 hr) LTC before November 1, 2008.
- 3 of these hours must be Ethics.
- This renewal will expire on your birth month in 2012.

WI License Requirements

All WI resident agents must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years, before the renewal date. Renewals are based on your birth month.

Class Registration Guide

Because we limit the class size to a maximum of 30 people, classes do fill up. Please register early.
To register complete a copy of the registration form and mail with payment or fax it to 800-229-2122 or simply register online here.
A two-part confirmation form will be sent to the address you give us when you register, confirming your class dates, time and locations.
Payment can be made by credit card, check or cash.
Send payment with your registration or confirmation form, or bring payment to the class with you.
