This class will be an intermediate level class, looking at the latest forms, some of the differences between companies, the gaps, and several claims will be discussed. Claims questions will be a major part of the discussion.

This class is designed to give you a knowledge of how, what, and when to properly deal with claims, to satisfy customers and insurance companies. We will also deal with potential E&O claims problems caused by not handling claims properly.
