    2.  If you have a registration form, complete & mail or fax to 800-229-2122, or
    3.  Call us toll free at 800-229-2122.
  • A confirmation form will be e-mailed to the e-mail provided or sent to the address you give us, confirming your class date(s), time(s), and location(s). Bring this confirmation to class with you.
  • Payment can be made by credit card, cash or check.  You can pay the same day you register or bring it to class with you.
